Senior Live Experience Expert (m/f/d)

In this role, you will turn brand messages into experiences that work in different countries—and convey emotion and attitude through staging, motion design, and multisensory content.

• In your role as Manager (m/f/d), you will further develop the live communication touchpoints of Vaillant and Saunier Duval in terms of concept and content and create experiences with a clear emotional brand impact
• You will develop concepts for international trade fairs and brand experience centers and oversee their implementation in close cooperation with internal teams
• Your responsibilities will include the development, planning, and implementation of physical and digital content across touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand staging
• With a strong focus on motion design in space, you will develop multisensory concepts that combine storytelling, dramaturgy, and brand identity
• Together with our sales organizations, directors, and other stakeholders, you will discuss, refine, and represent concepts on an equal footing and ensure a common direction
• You can contribute your professional expertise to the independent development of multisensory content at existing and new touchpoints

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: Successfully completed degree in marketing or design
• Experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in live communication, brand experience, or experience marketing, including budget responsibility, ideally in an agency environment
• Know-how & skills: You are very strong conceptually, understand the interplay between analog and digital, and have in-depth expertise in motion design and spatial effects, including confident use of the relevant tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Personality: Excellent conceptual thinking, communication skills, organizational talent, and precise working style
• Language skills: Excellent English skills, preferably good knowledge of another language, fluent German is required
