Future role

You will work directly with clients in a project‑management capacity, both virtually and on‑site, delivering end‑to‑end projects and ensuring high team performance. Under minimal supervision, you’ll build solid relationships within and outside the company, deliver quality outcomes, and inspire your team to develop tailor‑made concepts and change‑management approaches.

What sets you apart?

College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program
Outstanding career track‑record and personal achievements
6+ years of professional experience in consulting or a compatible industry role
Natural leadership and perceived seniority, working well across all levels of the organization
Well positioned in the intersection of people‑centricity and analytical thinking, able to communicate complexity in a simple way
Strong T‑profile, broad in the industry and deep in functional topics such as operations, supply chain, product strategy, strategy development, reinvention of business models, transformations, etc.
High interest in new trends and technologies
Strong focus on clients and results
Structured and professional approach to work
Very good English, additional language skills are an advantage
High willingness for domestic and international travel
