Senior Manager Commercial Controlling Europe

Responsibilities

• Support regional Sales Director in all financial matters
• Constant order book & secured business reviews, derive profitability results and develop rolling forecasts and midterm outlook
• Create business cases for special sales activities, including clearance deals
• Monitor individual customer profitability with focus on terms & conditions, product mix effects and marketing support
• Closely work with regional sales operations and regional merchandising. Review sell-thru reports, free-to-sell opportunities and align with cluster teams to monitor remaining wholesale business
• Deep dive on Authentic category Golf and partner with Director Golf Europe and local teams
• Maintain and further develop existing reports with focus on BI reporting
• Drive financial planning processes and prepare monthly financial meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in controlling or similar field
• Good business understanding preferably in fashion, footwear, or sporting goods
• You possess a strong aptitude for analytics and a commitment to ongoing professional and personal growth
• Proficiency in Excel and office products is a given, and familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
• Solid communication skills (English and German) with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights
