As a Senior Manager, Copyright and Writer & Publisher Relations, you will play a key role in bridging client service and copyright operations across the GSA region. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring the operational excellence of their catalogues.
This role is well suited to someone who combines strong industry knowledge with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate administration, high-quality client service, and continuous improvement across processes.

What Success Looks Like
By Month 3: You’ll have a strong understanding of Kobalt’s systems and processes, and confidently support client queries and copyright workflows
By Month 6: You’ll independently manage complex client accounts and copyright processes, providing clear insights to stakeholders
By Year 1: You’ll identify and implement process improvements that enhance client service and operational efficiency across the region
Client Focus & Relationship Management: Builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service
Problem-Solving & Ownership: Takes accountability for resolving complex issues, navigating ambiguity with confidence
