The European Consumer Solutions team is responsible for optimizing and driving the growth of Visa’s consumer core products, including Credit, Debit and Prepaid cards, across all consumer segments in Europe. The team’s objectives are aligned closely to the Visa 2030 strategy and the European regional scorecard (including revenue and profitability outcomes), and the team requires individuals who bring a solutions‑centric mindset, deep product expertise and a relentless focus on execution as we architect new solutions and customer propositions for European clients and partners.
The Consumer Core Product Management team ensures that a strong product vision, operational efficiency, product management and go-to-market execution combine, to drive the future of Visa Card Credentials in Europe. This role will champion Credit and Debit cards in particular, with a focus on deep product expertise, partnering with clients on proposition design and program approvals, driving operational excellence across various stakeholder teams and providing subject matter expertise across a variety of issuer, acquirer and partner engagements, pitches and sales efforts.

10 - 12+ years experience in managing and optimizing products, ideally with expertise managing Credit or Debit card programs Key Characteristics and Experience: Experience in payments, banking or a technology-focused organisation in product management/operations, solutions-driven problem solving, go-to-market execution, focus on commercial excellence and growth/results. High level of curiosity and drive – to understand Visa’s products deeply, to challenge the status quo, with a focus on identifying and re-designing better ways of working with our colleagues and clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization – whether at Visa, or with our partners and clients. Analytical thinker who enjoys spending time ‘in the data’ to understand trends, identify challenges and opportunities. Ability to work independently with strong time management, organizational skills and the ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables. Ability to influence and collaborate across a complex and highly matrixed organization.
