Senior Manager / Director (d/m/f) Supply Chain Management

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: as part of a carve-out, the Business Line is being integrated as an independent unit into the corporate structure of

• Develop and implement global end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead all global logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and relevant procurement operations
• Manage the Customer Service organization, overseeing daily operations such as order processing, complaints, export coordination, and handling customer requirements (e.g., EDI, consignment stock)
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management for accurate demand planning and S&OP processes
• Optimize collaboration between Procurement, Production, and Logistics to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness
• Support the development and harmonization of processes within Ushio’s ERP and system landscape
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems (SAP, IBP)
