Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Security. In this pivotal role you will lead the strategy for protecting our cloud and corporate environments, champion a "Secure by Design" philosophy, and drive a culture of technical excellence and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Define the strategic roadmap for infrastructure security maturity across our global cloud and corporate infrastructure.
• Partner with tech verticals to provide tooling, visibility and expertise so teams can own their security outcomes.
• Automate preventive guardrails using policy‑as‑code and admission controls.
• Standardize global security baselines by architecting unified, version‑controlled standards.
• Architect scalable vulnerability governance processes to prioritize and remediate infrastructure risks.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership in building high‑performing teams in complex global environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of AWS and GCP security architectures, including identity boundaries, network isolation and resource hardening.
• Proficiency in driving automation with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Experience implementing admission controllers and policy engines such as OPA, Gatekeeper or Kyverno.
• Ability to translate complex technical vulnerabilities into clear business risks.
• Expertise collaborating with SRE, DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to co‑design security solutions.
• Experience archiving vulnerability management programs that leverage automation for patching and configuration drift at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience managing security consistency across multi‑account environments in AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with implementing controls to meet industry standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or CISSP.
