As a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing at Pulse on an interim basis, you will independently lead complex campaigns from brief to reporting, guide and develop a team in our Hamburg office, and make a visible impact from day one. Your tasks

• You independently manage large-scale, high-complexity influencer marketing campaigns for our clients, from proposal through execution to reporting
• You lead, guide and develop your team in the Hamburg office, acting as a reliable point of contact and helping them grow in their roles
• You collaborate across Strategy and other internal teams while managing communication with clients and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
• You identify process and workflow challenges, develop practical solutions and drive improvements in efficiency and cross-team alignment
• You analyse campaign performance and market trends, contribute to strategic decisions and bring creative approaches that move Pulse's business forward

Your skills

• You are available for an interim contract of 1 year at 32 to 40 hours per week, based in Hamburg with regular in-office presence given the team leadership component
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in social media, including a minimum of 3 years focused on influencer marketing
• You have led or mentored a team and are comfortable guiding people through feedback, direction and hands-on support
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a genuine passion for creative storytelling and know how to use both in your work
• You are fluent in using AI tools to work smarter and stay ahead of industry shifts
• You are fluent in German and English, pragmatic in how you operate and reliable in how you commit
