Your Role

M&A Controlling & Valuation evaluates and analyzes acquisition and divestment projects, licensing agreements, and strategic projects resulting in recommendations to top management.

As Senior Manager M&A Controlling and Valuation you are responsible for supporting the financials of transactions throughout all its phases: You coordinate the work on the business plan, perform the company valuation, lead the financial due diligence and conduct post deal work (e.g. the purchase price allocation). Thereby you align with M&A, business development, business controlling, operational management, and finance teams on business plans and assumptions.

Additionally, you support in the integration of targets, conduct post acquisition assessments, work on the company standard valuation tools, guidelines, and models, e.g. calculate the company WACC.

Who You Are

• Finished studies in Business Administration or Natural Sciences with MBA; a relevant postgraduate education, e.g. CFA or CPA, would be a plus
• 4+ years of experience in valuation, financial modeling and due diligence; has successfully led projects
• 4+ years of experience in a big4 company, valuation boutique or Investment BanK
• Good knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting; proficient in English, excellent excel modelling skills is a must
• Highly analytical and communicative; shows drive, passion and an open mindset
