YOUR MISSION
- Execute the European Teamsport Apparel merchandising strategy and align regional assortments with global direction across all channels.
- Coordinate the Go‑To‑Market process, including launch calendars, deadlines, and cross‑team information flow.
- Build and refine merchandising plans using data, analysis, global initiatives, channel needs, and consumer insights.
- Localize global assortments, guidelines, and tools for European markets and ensure accuracy of item lists and templates.
- Manage regional price lists, product data accuracy, and system updates in line with global guidance.
- Drive range efficiency and analyze commercial deals (process, revenue, ROI) to identify assortment and process synergies.
- Consolidate channel forecasts and support financial planning with data collection, reporting, and budget inputs.
- Collaborate with Global Product, Sales, E‑Com, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Merch Ops to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.
- Support SMU and collaboration projects, market and consumer insight collection, catalogue/workbook creation, and in‑season performance tracking.
- Maintain merchandising tools and processes, handle operational tasks (SMUs, samples, ERP/pricing, showroom prep), and support team routines, onboarding, and GTM materials.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in merchandising, product management, buying, planning, or category management within retail, wholesale, lifestyle, or sporting goods.
- Experience working with assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, and seasonal calendars in an international or matrix organization.
- Familiarity with global-to-local product processes, GTM cycles, and cross-functional workflows (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Global Product).
- Hands‑on experience working with Excel, ERP/PLM systems, PIM tools, or merchandising planning platforms.
- Understanding of European consumer behaviors, market differences, and channel dynamics (Wholesale, Ecom, Retail).‑com, Retail).
- Experience preparing product catalogs, price lists, sales tools, or supporting GTM preparations is an advantage.
