In this role, yougain broad exposure to strategic client engagements while continuously developing toward independent account ownership. **Your responsibilities will include** * Contribute to the **commercial performance** of key pharma accounts, supporting acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.* Take **ownership** of workstreams within client accounts 60; from opportunity scoping to successful project delivery.* Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consulting, product, data, tech) to ensure **on-time and high-quality outcomes**.* Build**trusted relationships**with key client stakeholders at operational and mid-management levels.* Identify upselling and cross-selling **opportunities** by connecting client needs with Temedicas solutions and insights portfolio.* Translate strategic goals into**actionable plans** and ensure**measurable impact**across projects.* Contribute to **internal best practices**and continuously improve how we deliver value to our pharma partners. # What you bring to the table**Must-have** * 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or digital health environments.* Strong understanding of pharma commercial, medical, or patient engagement functions.* Proven track record inbusiness development, client relationship management, or revenue generation.* Experience managing complex projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams.* Strategic and analytical thinking with a hands-on execution approach.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Full professional fluency in both English and German. **Nice-to-have** * Experience in account management or business development.* Familiarity with data-driven healthcare or SaaS-based business models # What we bring to the tableWe use data for the better.
