Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role

Lead a Team of Product Marketing Experts

Develop product strategy and product related content for your product family

Generate and develop product ideas

Analyze markets / competitors down to product level using regional input

Capture product requirements

Define value proposition for the product

Select pricing strategy and define pricing guideline / corridor for new products

Develop business case for the product portfolio

Develop and continuously update our product roadmap, including markets which are non‑existing/emerging

Drive commercial synchronization with lead customers

Develop market introduction plans and support G2M activities

Your Profile As a Senior Manager Product Marketing, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high‑priority. Lastly, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

A technical degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or comparable qualification with a technical background

At least 7 years of relevant work experience and thereof at least 5 years experience in the area of smartcard security or similar

Good intercultural competencies and the ability to facilitate and lead interdisciplinary and international team

Ability to understand very complex situations and draw conclusions in a fast manner and think strategically

Strong customer orientation and experience in building partnerships with leading customers worldwide

Professional proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent); able to lead client calls and write proposals, German is a plus
