Senior Manager Quality Assurance Cloud (f/m/d)

The Manager Quality Assurance Cloud leads a QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of cloud services. The role is based in Berlin and reports to the Head of Cloud Quality Assurance.

The Candidate

• 5+ years in software quality assurance, ideally in cloud or large‑scale IT environments
• 2+ years leading a QA team of 5–10 engineers
• Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD integration, particularly for Golang and Java‑based microservices
• Familiar with AI applications in testing
• Strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS testing challenges
• Hands‑on experience with performance, security, and compliance testing tools
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to influence cross‑functional teams
• Located in, or willing to relocate to, Berlin, Germany
