set clear priorities and create a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement • Ensure Operational Excellence & Compliance Oversee adherence to facility standards, budgets, safety regulations, and sustainability targets across all European sites. • Oversee Construction & Infrastructure Projects Plan and direct construction, renovation, and maintenance activities, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery with strong technical guidance. • Partner on Environmental, Sustainability & Safety Goals Collaborate with internal partners to advance energy efficiency, ESG initiatives, workplace safety, and long-term environmental improvements. • Manage Vendor Partnerships & Contract Negotiations Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with Procurement to negotiate contracts for construction, maintenance, and technical services. • Support Real Estate & Lease Activities Aid as required in real estate transactions, including site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals, ensuring alignment with long-term capacity needs. • Lead Regional Facility Assessments & CapEx Planning Conduct regular site evaluations, define improvement plans, align with finance, and manage the facilities 5 year capital planning process for all European locations. • Ensure Business Continuity & Infrastructure Reliability Provide expert support to resolve equipment and infrastructure issues, safeguard uptime, and support production teams during new product launches or site transitions.**Required Skills and Education****DEUTSCH*** Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Facility Management, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation* Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen oder in unterstützenden Funktionen im Facility-Bereich, idealerweise in einem multinationalen Industrie- oder Fertigungsumfeld* Fundierte Kenntnisse über Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltungsverfahren, Infrastruktur und relevante Standards (z. B.
