Building and maintaining relationships with key actors in the Salesforce ecosystem to target growth of client accounts through business development, talent management and delivery. Leading and supporting a high-performing team to increase growth and brand awareness of Slalom. Developing go-to-market strategies and driving pre-sales activities including scoping and solution design. Ensuring delivery excellence by managing project scope and ensuring ROI, as well as communicating technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Assuming the role of engagement lead with responsibility for project risks, budgeting and alignment with management. Qualifications
Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration or a comparable education. Minimum 7–13 years of professional experience in a consulting role in CRM, with a focus on Salesforce. Proven experience in the development and implementation of sales and go-to-market strategies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Very good German language skills (minimum C1) and English. Benefits
