(Senior) Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d) Germany | Flexible Remote or Hybrid Working

EM4Y is currently supporting a client in their search for a

(Senior) Manager within Transaction Advisory Services

to work on high-profile national and international transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing advisory environment where you will work on

buy-side and sell-side transactions , focusing on

Financial Due Diligence, Fact Books, and M&A projects .

The Role You will: • Lead the operational delivery of

financial due diligence and transaction projects • Work closely with

Directors and Partners

as a key point of contact for clients • Manage and mentor

project teams • Support

business development activities

and help expand existing client relationships • Contribute to

thought leadership and new topic development

within the practice

Your Background • Degree in

Business Administration, Finance or similar •

5+ years of experience

in

Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Audit • Strong interest in

financial due diligence and transaction advisory • Experience in

project management and team leadership • Excellent communication skills in

German and English
