We are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Intelligence professional (all genders) to join our Data department at flaconi. Working hand-in-hand with the marketing managers, you own our marketing data products, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data. You optimize the tracking infrastructure and attribution methodologies across channels for Web and App. You are the company’s expert for marketing analytics and work cross-functionally to build scalable, high-impact data solutions.

Your role

• Manage marketing tracking for our app & web campaigns with all our channels, ensuring consistent taxonomy, attribution logics, UTMs, and campaign naming
• Collaborate seamlessly with marketing અથ data engineering toък build, maintain, and optimize our tracking infrastructure for reliable performance measurement
• Be the technical expert for web analytics and marketing platforms. Evaluate new tools, and own technical pipelines for attribution and marketing cost processes
• Analyze multi-channel performance, provide actionable insights for senior leadership, and build/maintain actionable dashboards to steer key marketing metrics

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, or digital analytics
• At least 1 year of work experience in an e-commerce environment
• Deep operational understanding of core e-commerce marketing channels , including SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Price Comparison, Social Media, and CRM
• Strong expertise in web and app tracking with Mapp/Webtrekk, Adjust, GTM, GA4 and similar tools
• Proficient in SQL and comfortableταν working with data models and marketing attribution pipelines (costs, orders). Experience with API connections is a plus.
• Data governance mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency across all tracking and marketing data sources
• Track record of analyzing marketing KPIs, A/B testing and cross-channel measurement
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 57,000€ and 72,000€ gross per year for mid-level & between 65,000€ and 84,000€ gross per year for senior level. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the/node recruitment process
