Senior Marketing Manager (Europe)

Responsibilities include:

Define and execute EU-wide marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive brand growth, demand generation, and market penetration Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events, and emerging platforms Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership, translating business objectives into high-impact marketing programs Own experiential marketing and flagship European events, including trade fairs and conferences, from concept to execution Develop compelling event, booth, and brand experiences, managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and on-site delivery Lead brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, and visual identity, ensuring consistency with strong local market relevance Define and oversee a creative content strategy, including social media, email campaigns, presentations, multimedia, and promotional assets Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity, applying analytics and marketing technologies to optimize performance and drive innovation

This is who you are:

Ideally based in Hamburg or another major city in Germany Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 7+ years of marketing experience, specialized in B2B, technology, energy, mobility, or related industries Proven experience leading EU-wide or multi-country marketing initiatives Strong background in event marketing, trade fairs, and experiential marketing, including agency and vendor management Demonstrated success delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies Solid expertise in brand management, content strategy, and storytelling Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus)
