What you will do

Client management and leadership

  • Be the heartbeat of the client relationship by providing clear, consistent, andtimelycommunication in real-time.
  • Lead on regular communication to provide real-time updates on day-to-day activities.
  • Lead meetings, providereportingthat includesupdates on the work, timelines and budgets,remain proactive inresolving any blockers or risks.
  • Drivebriefingcallstocaptureclient requirements and reporting needs.
  • Facilitateeffectivefeedbackdiscussionsboth verbally and in writing, distribute and follow up on action pointsto ensureissues, challenges or blockers are resolvedin a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through articulating marketing thinking,beinga trusted partner and managing their expectations.
  • Guide clients on their marketing briefs and lead them through the delivery oftheproject,helping to match their challenges to solutions offered bytmp.
  • Becomean expert on your client’s business with a deep understanding on their needs and how to deliver for them.
  • Supportquarterly business reviews (QBRs) to provide insight,recommendations, andinspiration forfuture work.

Program management

  • Represent your client’s brand, strategy, andobjectivesinternally to give your team thepropercontext to succeed.
  • Rally the right team members to align on shared responsibilities, processes, resourcing, and delivery tasks to bring campaigns to life.
  • Leadthe creation of briefs andkickoffmeetingsthat inspire confidenceand set thetone for delivery.
  • Keepclientwork moving smoothly byspotting risks early,organizing schedules, setting sharp actions, and driving accountability.
  • Review work with a critical but constructive eye, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.
  • Review andmonitorcampaign results,identifyingkeyinsights to inform future activity.

Commercial management

  • Createaccurate, commercially sound project estimates, quotes, and statements of work.
  • Be accountable for thefinancialadministrationof your projectsincludingPOs, invoices, forecastdata, and reporting.
  • Trackbudgets, timelines, and profitabilityof your projectstimelyandwith diligence.
  • Mitigateany commercialrisks and find smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Champion delivery that balances client impact with sustainable profitability.

Marketing strategy

  • Go beyond yourvested interestin understanding your clients’business to develop a deep understanding of your client’s industry and challenges.
  • Translateinsightsinto recommendationson marketing solutions thatsharpen strategy and elevate outcomeswhilestilldelivering on the businessobjectivesof your clients.
  • Share best practices and success stories across your account teamto inspire success.
  • Continuously seek ways tooptimizecampaignactivity,improveoutcomes andquality of work.

Business development

  • Shape and drive growth by contributing to account plans and long-term client strategies,ensuringtmp continues to be a partner that delivers lasting value.
  • Proactively spot new areas wheretmpcan add valueto client accountsthrough expanding our scope.
  • Collaborate with your Account Directortoidentifywhere tmp can have a greater impact and lead the wayto turn thoseopportunities into action.
  • Buildand nurtureenduringrelationships by deepening trust with current clients and cultivating alumni networks that keep tmp top of mind well beyond a single project.
  • Play apivotalrole inpitches and RFPsby sharing yourinsight,expertise, and challenger mindset to help us win and grow with confidence.

Mentorship

  • Delegate with intention, creating opportunities for junior team members to take ownership and grow in confidence.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and ongoing coaching that helps elevate both the work and the people behind it.
  • Act as a role model, settinghigh standardswhile guiding others on how to meet them.
  • Play an active role in onboarding and developing new hires, ensuring they feel supported, welcomed, and connected totmp’sculture from day one.

What you will need

  • 3+ years of strong, demonstrableexperience inmarketing projectmanagement,ideally in a B2B or agency environment.
  • History ofprovidingdeliveryonsuccessful marketing campaignsin response to business and client challenges.
  • Operationalunderstanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are built and delivered.
  • Hands-on experience leadingandcoordinating cross-discipline teams(for example-asset production, strategy, creative,data, and media)and guiding them to successful delivery.
  • Proven ability to manageclient and partner relationships withmultiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
  • Confidence incommunicating atManager and Director levels.
  • Experience with commercial management, such asestimating costs,scopes,and budgets.
  • Proficient with account and project management tools, methodologies, and processes.
  • Proficient withIT tools (e.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Languages skills: German C1 level, English B2 level
