Would you like to do more than just support processes and create real added value? In your role as (Senior) Business Process Consultant / Solution Architect Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) in the Customer Service / Field Service environment, you will work with our growing Microsoft team and our customers to design holistic service processes – from analysis and conception to successful implementation. In doing so, you will develop pioneering solutions, particularly with regard to the integration of new technologies or the use of AI. You will advise our international customers on their strategic and operational goals and ensure practical and sustainable implementation. You will assume overall technical responsibility, from design decisions to system integration and quality assurance, and actively support the team in pre‑sales activities, demos, and tenders.

Your Profile

Several years of international project experience as a business process consultant/solution architect in the M365 environment, especially in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Field Service

Deep understanding of service processes, system architectures and their optimisation potential

Enthusiasm for new technologies and their meaningful integration into existing system landscapes

High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and a confident, professional manner

Confident written and spoken German and English

Willingness to travel moderately
