Senior NetSuite Billing & Automation Specialist

Overview

Your mission

• Redesign and optimize invoice PDF templates (fully compliant & professional)
• Ensure correct VAT and tax configuration
• Automate creation of standard invoices
• Automate creation of catering invoices
• Validate platform → NetSuite data mapping
• Guarantee reliable PDF generation and automatic email dispatch
• Audit and optimize platform integration (API review)
• Implement or improve automatic payment matching and reconciliation
• Validate full workflow:
  Order → Invoice → PDF → Email → Payment → Reconciliation
• Implement basic monitoring to prevent billing or sync failures

Your profile

• Minimum 5+ years hands‑on NetSuite experience
• Proven track record in billing automation and reconciliation setup
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and payment flows
• Experience with API integrations and system audits
• Advanced NetSuite Workflows & Saved Searches
• SuiteScript (strongly preferred)
• Advanced PDF/HTML invoice customization
• Bank Feeds & automated reconciliation setup
• Payment processor integration (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless)
• Solid accounting logic (AR, reconciliation, fee booking)
• Able to independently assess system architecture and identify weaknesses
• Strong problem‑solving mindset
• Structured, detail‑oriented and process‑driven
• Comfortable working directly with CFO / Founder
• Fully autonomous and outcome‑focused
