As our Senior Paid Media Specialist , you’ll be the hands‑on driver of Mintos’ paid media growth across multiple markets. If you love experimenting, testing hypotheses, building channels from scratch, and turning data into action, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do
You’ll own Mintos’ paid media strategy end‑to‑end, designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social, search, display, and native channels. You’ll be exploring new formats, building campaigns from the ground up, and iterating quickly to drive acquisition and conversions. Your work will connect paid messaging with post‑click experiences to optimize web sign‑ups and app installs, ensuring a seamless user journey.
You will:
- Own paid media strategy end‑to‑end: planning, execution, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Lead and operationally manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
- Manage media buying (also for brand campaigns) across YouTube, Display Networks, Google Search, Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain), and experiment with emerging channels like ChatGPT Ads
- Align paid messaging with post‑click experiences, optimizing landing pages and using interactive funnel tools.
- Drive campaigns that convert to web sign‑ups and app installs
- Define and track KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and CAC, turning insights into actionable improvements, driving sustainable growth.
- Build and own the experimentation agenda for paid media and work together with our data analytics team to create statistical evidence.
- Consult on attribution modeling and ensure fair representation of paid channels, with a multi‑channel approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to deliver creative, localized campaigns
- Manage budgets across channels and markets to maximize efficiency and growth
- Continuously explore new channels, formats, and testing approaches to discover untapped opportunities
Your professional skills and background
Must‑haves
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on paid media.
- Hands‑on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to design tests, measure results, and optimize campaigns
- Always lead with statistical evidence, relentless executing on experimentation and incrementality first mindset.
- Bias to reiterating quickly, and “hacking” solutions to achieve results.
- Proven experience optimizing for conversion and post‑click experience alignment
- Experience driving web and app acquisition campaigns
- Fluency in English
Nice‑to‑haves
- Hands‑on experience across Reddit, Native Ads with curiosity for emerging formats like ChatGPT Ads
- Experience in app analytics and working with top mobile measurement partners (including setting up tracking and campaigns)
- Background in fintech, investments, or other regulated environments
- Conversational German, Spanish or French
