As a Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager (m/w/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a key role in transforming performance marketing into a growth powerhouse. Your main focus will be on developing and executing data-driven, impactful strategies across multiple paid channels.

What you’ll be doing

• Take full ownership of the paid social engine (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and turn it into a growth powerhouse.
• Build and execute bold channel strategies that balance data-driven rigor with out-of-the-box creative thinking.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple markets with relentless focus on impact.
• Drive creative strategy: brief, test, and iterate with partners to find breakthrough concepts that scale.
• Transform data into actionable insights, spotting opportunities and making fast, informed decisions.
• Partner across teams (brand, product, analytics, media) to keep performance marketing at the core of company growth.

What you need to shine

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social.
• A proven record of scaling campaigns and managing significant budgets in a high-growth environment.
• A data-first mindset, with the ability to interpret complex performance metrics and act decisively.
• Strong creative instincts and the drive to test, break patterns, and discover what truly works.
• Confidence to lead while remaining deeply operational and execution-oriented.
• Curiosity, speed, and resilience — thriving in an environment where priorities shift and growth never slows.
• Fluency in both English and German
