The Senior People Business Partner plays a strategic and proactive role in developing and executing People & Culture initiatives that drive BU Parkingâs success. Operating within a complex matrix organization during a period of change, you will play a pivotal role in navigating a fastâpaced, postâmerger environment.
The Role
We are looking for a handsâon, businessâminded HR professional who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will partner closely with BU leadership to provide expertise in talent management, labor relations, and organizational development. This role is suited to experienced professionals who can influence without authority, navigate crossâfunctional politics, and remain resilient amidst change.
How to make an impact
Strategic Partnering & "Hands-On" Execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, moving seamlessly between highâlevel strategic planning and handsâon operational problem solving.
- Navigate the complexity of a matrix organization, connecting dots between local needs and global P&C strategies.
- Business Mindset: Understand the commercial drivers of the Parking business to offer HR solutions that actually solve business problems.
Labor Relations & Works Councils
- Manage complex labor relations and serve as a key point of contact for Works Councils (German, or other European bodies).
- Ensure constructive dialogue, legal compliance, and smooth consultation processes during times of restructuring.
- Act as a resource for handling highâstakes employee relations issues, supporting managers with policy application, and mitigating risks.
Organizational Transition & Change Management
- Support leaders and teams in navigating the ambiguity of a highâgrowth environment. You must be the "calm in the storm" who helps stabilize processes while moving at speed.
Talent, Performance & Engagement
- Lead the execution of performance and compensation reviews, ensuring fair and consistent practices across borders.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and support succession planning.
- Use dataâdriven insights to inform people strategies, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives on engagement, retention, and productivity.
Global Collaboration
- Act as a conduit between the business and P&C Centers of Excellence (Reward, L&D, Ops), ensuring tailored solutions that address specific regional needs.
- Collaborate with international peers to promote consistency in global HR practices while accommodating regional legal and cultural requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Significant experience as an HRBP in a fastâpaced, global organization, capable of navigating complex reporting lines and stakeholder maps.
- Mandatory experience dealing with European Works Councils and Labor Law.
- SelfâStarter Mindset - You see a problem and fix it. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a postâmerger or highâgrowth environment; you are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- You understand the commercial drivers of the business and how HR contributes to the bottom line.
- Proven success in advising leaders on complex people matters and building relationships across functions (Product, Marketing, Distribution).
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience managing HR in diverse legal and cultural environments, including global mobility and compliance.
- Fluency in English and German is required. Fluency in Polish, Spanish, Italian is highly preferred.
