Senior Physician Consultant – Clinical AI & Language Model Training (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a foundational, world leading AI lab to pioneer the next generation of medical artificial intelligence. We are seeking experienced, highly analytical physicians to help train, evaluate, and refine advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) on complex clinical tasks.

This is not a standard advisory role. You will directly shape the cognitive reasoning of AI systems that will define the future of healthcare.

Core Responsibilities

• AI Clinical Training: Create, evaluate, and iterate on AI-generated outputs across core medical workflows.
• Diagnostic Refinement: Pressure-test the model's clinical reasoning, differential diagnoses, and treatment planning against gold-standard medical practices.
• Workflow Optimization: Refine AI performance in patient documentation and the interpretation of complex medical literature.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or fully qualified Medical Doctor (MD/DO or equivalent) with 5+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Deep expertise in diagnostic logic, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based medicine.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and clinical accuracy.

The Offer

• Compensation: $110 / hour (up to $2,200 / week).
• Flexibility: Up to 20 hours per week. Work entirely on your own schedule.
• Location: 100% Remote (Global).
