Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code and hybrid cloud environments. In this role, you will design and operate robust platforms for our SaaS offerings and lead initiatives that shape our infrastructure strategy. Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and evolve our hybrid cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security.
• Lead the automation and hardening of environments using modern DevOps practices.
• Own the development and operation of our platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Improve operational processes and incident response.
• Design and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems that focus on symptoms, not just outages.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across the entire stack and guide root cause analysis.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Looking for 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of operating and scaling production systems in hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience operating and scaling Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, HashiCorp Vault, and Min.IO in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and networking (e.g., VMware, NSX‑T, OpenStack).
• Hands‑on experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or the Elastic Stack.
• Ability to define and implement target architectures in dynamic, agile environments.
• Solid grasp of IT security principles and experience working within ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
