Senior PLM Consultant (all genders)

Effective Field:
- Lead the strategic planning, process optimization, and implementation of PLM solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their PLM requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions
- Analyze product lifecycle processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on PLM tools and methodologies
- Work closely with IT and development teams to configure and customize PLM systems according to client specifications
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for PLM-related inquiries and support
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in PLM, sharing insights with the team and clients
What distinguishes you:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLM consulting or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of PLM methodologies, processes, and tools (Siemens Teamcenter highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading project teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
