Senior Principal Product Manager – Partner Experience & AI Platform (all genders)

As Senior Principal Product Manager (Head‑level IC), you will act as the horizontal steward of our end‑to‑end digital partner journey.

Responsibilities

  • Horizontal Experience Stewardship – oversee the end‑to‑end digital partner journey, identify friction points, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts.
  • AI Platform Strategy & Orchestration – define the vision for the central AI platform and build infrastructure such as LLM orchestration, agentic frameworks, and RAG patterns that enable intelligent automation.
  • Ecosystem‑Led Infrastructure – drive platform evolution, ensuring modular, extensible infrastructure that integrates deeply with partner APIs and autonomous agents.
  • Central Infrastructure Ownership – oversee the roadmap for key products, including the Partner Design System and the foundational technical infrastructure upon which partner‑facing applications are built.
  • Executive Communication & Influence – act as a high‑bandwidth bridge between Engineering and leadership, translating complex technical trade‑offs into compelling business narratives.
  • Leadership & Mentorship – coach and mentor junior product colleagues and contribute to the product craft leadership team in Partner Tech.
  • Customer & UX Excellence – advocate for intuitive enterprise software and high‑quality digital experiences as a strategic differentiator.

Qualifications

  • Systemic Platform Thinking – 10+ years of experience in high‑scale platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces with expertise in APIs‑as‑products and developer experience.
  • AI‑Fluent Product Craft – deep technical knowledge of the Generative AI stack, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and the ability to move experimentation to production.
  • Mastery of Influence – expert at driving alignment across complex organizations and managing high‑stakes change without direct line‑management authority.
  • Technical Authority – capable of sparring with Principal Engineers on architecture while pivoting to commercial leadership discussions.
