The Mission A prestigious opening for a highly skilled medical professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP in an exclusive maritime setting. You will be based aboard a luxury vessel cruising the pristine waters of the Mediterranean, with a schedule that visits iconic destinations such as the Greek Islands, the coastline of Monaco, and the bays of Mallorca. This role offers a unique synthesis of high-acuity nursing and a premier lifestyle.

The Team You will be an integral part of a robust, Western-standard medical team. The unit is spearheaded by a Lead British Doctor and includes resident physiotherapists and a supportive cadre of Western-trained nurses. The clinical environment is structured, professional, and highly collaborative.

The Safety To ensure continuous, high-quality observation without burnout, the medical roster is organised around a double-nurse shift system. This protocol ensures you have immediate clinical backup during shifts and guaranteed rest periods to explore the European coastline.

Requirements

• Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience: At least 4+ years of proven Acute Care experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
• Language: Native or C1 English fluency is strictly required.
• Standards: Must demonstrate clinical excellence, personal discretion, and the ability to thrive in a high-net-worth environment.
