To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our Frankfurt team.

Accelerate the future of lithium brine processing in Europe

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of projects in support of the European energy transition, with a focus on lithium brine and complex downstream processing projects. Your expertise will contribute to the design, evaluation, and optimisation of process systems, ensuring technical excellence and commercial viability. You will work closely with engineering teams across multiple international locations, contributing to the development of innovative and technically challenging chemical processes designed to meet the growing global demand for lithium. Your work will help shape sustainable solutions that support the energy transition worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for lithium brine projects from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable process solutions.
• Support project development, feasibility studies, and detailed design phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to contribute from day one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in process engineering, with significant exposure to lithium brine projects, and complex hydro and electrometallurgy.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in both German (native) and English (professional proficiency).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Available to start immediately and based in Frankfurt, Germany.
