Location: Lingen

In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate Head of Supply Chain and regional REC teams to drive data‑based decision‑making, transparency, and continuous improvement across our global supply chain – with a particular focus on planning, forecasting, and capacity management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Further develop forecasting, demand, and supply planning processes, including variance analysis, identification of capacity bottlenecks, and execution of scenario planning (what‑if analyses).
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities across the end‑to‑end supply chain, particularly regarding production capacity, service levels, and inventory performance.
  • Monitor, standardise, and optimise global supply chain processes with a focus on planning, scheduling, and capacity management in collaboration with global supply chain leaders.
  • Support global teams in the use of ERP and advanced planning systems, particularly demand and supply planning tools, and help shape data‑driven decision logic and process standards.
  • Determine training needs in the areas of reporting, forecasting, and planning methodologies, and support regional teams in capability building.
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening data‑driven decision‑making, process stability, and capacity transparency.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, Business Administration (with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Corporate Management), or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, capacity management, new product introduction, and/or logistics – ideally with experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP and planning systems, and strong understanding of forecasting, demand, and supply planning processes.
  • Solid knowledge of standard analytical methods, reporting techniques, and supply chain management practices.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and high analytical capability.
  • Solution‑oriented thinking paired with strong numerical and process understanding.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
