We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can own end-to-end user experiences, build scalable design systems, and set the foundation for a world‑class design practice. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, creates clarity, and loves turning intricate workflows into simple, intuitive journeys.

What You’ll Lead

End‑to‑end design across major product areas—from discovery to polished UI.
Simplifying complex legal and operational workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Building and maintaining a scalable design system.
Setting design standards, principles, and processes that elevate quality.
Mentoring designers and shaping the design culture as the team grows.
Collaborating closely with PM, Engineering, and AI teams to ship high‑quality features.

What You Bring

5+ years in Product/UX Design (SaaS, B2B, or workflow‑heavy tools a plus).
Strong portfolio showing modern UI, thoughtful UX flows, and ownership of complex features.
Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
Experience improving design processes and mentoring others.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Based in CET ±2.
