Senior Product Designer | B2B SaaS | Berlin (Hybrid – few days per month in office) | €70,000 – €85,000

We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS company operating in the regulatory and compliance space. Their platform supports organisations managing structured workflows, governance processes, and operational risk in a clear, scalable way.

The product is live, revenue-generating, and used in real operational environments. They are now looking to strengthen product maturity by hiring a Senior Product Designer who can bring stronger systems thinking, workflow clarity, and design consistency across the platform.

It’s operational tooling dashboard-heavy interfaces, onboarding flows, documentation processes, and data-driven product surfaces.

The Role You will take end-to-end ownership of product design across key parts of the platform. This includes discovery, workflow architecture, system-level UI, and close collaboration with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

You’ll work in a small, focused team alongside the CTO and another designer. The environment offers high ownership, strong visibility, and meaningful product influence.

Key Responsibilities • Design and refine structured workflows across dashboard and onboarding surfaces • Improve clarity and consistency across complex, data-driven interfaces • Strengthen and evolve the design system to support scalability • Partner closely with engineering to ensure implementation fidelity • Contribute to discovery, user research, and iterative product improvements

What We’re Looking For • 4–7+ years’ experience in Product Design / UX/UI within a SaaS environment • Current experience in a B2B SaaS product company (not agency) • Strong experience designing dashboards, structured workflows, and operational tools • Ability to operate across both UX research and system-level UI design • Advanced Figma skills and experience maintaining design systems • Comfort working in smaller, fast-moving product teams

Nice to Have • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, compliance, or risk management • Experience working closely with engineering on complex product surfaces • Accessibility knowledge (WCAG)
