Commercial Banking Tribe

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank. We are responsible for the digital transformation of 800,000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team and help us develop innovative banking services. Your passions are user‑centered design, design thinking, usability, and UI design. You perfectly know the design patterns of iOS & Android but also state‑of‑the‑art web technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js and have fun creating the best experience for the user.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well‑crafted user experiences that support the product development process from discovery to delivery.
• Advocate and execute rigorous user‑centered design (UCD) process to deliver high‑impact web and mobile solutions that align with business objectives.
• You own the brand’s look and feel across applications by designing best‑practices, pixel‑perfect, accessible and user‑friendly web apps, ensuring high quality execution and documentation.
• You facilitate collaborative workshops, walkthroughs, and prototyping sessions that translate user requirements into holistic user experiences.
• You partner closely with POs, FAs, and developers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Skills And Experiences

• You have comprehensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design, and you know the iOS User Interface Guidelines and Android Material Guidelines by heart.
• You are an expert in leading design and prototyping tools like Figma, using them to create comprehensive specifications that follow modern UI and user behaviour heuristics.
• Your portfolio speaks for itself, showcasing your expertise in user‑centered design and your ability to solve problems with precision. (please provide this)
• You are courageous and open to new things; you enjoy sharing your experience as well as spreading your enthusiasm.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
