Your Tasks

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Customer Fulfillment ecosystem
Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes
Drive product roadmap development and strategic planning across multiple sub-products
Mentor a team of product managers
Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units
Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond
Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction
Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios

Your Profile

Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment
Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
Impact-oriented and a “Get things done” mentality
Very good English skills, German is a plus
