We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of our financial products into new markets. Join us in building the largest AI-enabled fintech platform for healthcare.

You’ll join the Financial Experience team , working at the intersection of healthcare fintech and user experience. Building and scaling the systems that power financial operations for medical practices across Europe - from invoice management and instalment plans to digital payments and patient communication.

Your focus will be invoice lifecycle management and patient-practice interactions, building features that directly impact how medical practices manage billing and how patients engage with healthcare payments. As we expand into the Spanish market , you’ll help adapt our platform for new regions while maintaining the quality experience our users trust.

What You’ll Get To Do

Drive internationalization of our financial products
Explore and understand our customers' problems, uncover opportunities, conduct experiments, and brainstorm solutions.
Adapt our products to comply with market needs and regulatory requirements.
Drive the full cycle of building features, from ideation to kickoff, leading a team of highly skilled engineers to achieve exceptional results.
Define success criteria and use metrics to track progress towards your goals.
Collaborate with local business stakeholders, and company leadership to shape our product strategy in Spain.
Build expertise in your product area through customer research and market analysis.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on factoring, payments or fintech products.
Technical acumen with experience working closely with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system architectures.
Deep understanding of digital payment flows such as debit/credit card processing, refund handling, reconciliation, and fraud prevention.
Experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in an international context, preferably with Adyen.
Track record of successfully developing and executing product roadmaps for B2B products.
Proven experience in owning and driving product roadmaps, from strategy to end‑to‑end feature delivery.
Proven ability to make data‑driven decisions and effectively prioritize competing demands.
Conduct thorough research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
Excellent team‑player mentality, fostering collaboration across functions.
Proficiency in English, Spanish knowledge is a plus.
