To own product end-to-end for a cross-functional pod (engineering + design), we are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (f/m/x).

Tanso already manages a significant share of industrial emissions - your product decisions will directly accelerate that growth and help decarbonize European industry.

Your profile

3+ years in product management, ideally B2B SaaS.
Strong technical and commercial understanding - comfortable working closely with engineers, CS, and sales.
Problem-solving ability, speed of learning, and intrinsic drive matter more than checking every box.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with hands-on execution.
Fluency in English and German.

Key responsibilities

Drive discovery and delivery. Own features from early insight through shipped product. Ensure we meet regulatory standards, solve real user needs, and create lasting customer value.
Be deeply customer-informed. Talk to users, shadow customers, and synthesize insights from Sales, CS, and Climate Intelligence. Every product decision should be grounded in real context.
Prototype early and often. Use LLM-era tools (Lovable, v0, Cursor) to explore concepts, validate assumptions, and accelerate discovery.
Own your roadmap. Define and continuously refine the roadmap for your pod, aligned to Tanso's product vision and commercial strategy.
Multiply team impact. Be the trusted source for market knowledge and product strategy in your domain. Enable Sales, CS, and Marketing to help customers get the most out of the product.
