Senior Product Manager (Integrations / Platform) (f/m/d)

As we scale our product organization, we’re building mission-oriented squads around strategically important slices of our business.

For this, we’re looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Integrations domain.

This role is about real ownership, real decisions, and real impact. You will own the Integrations & Platform slice of traide AI and lead a dedicated squad. Your goal: make integrations a scalable growth lever, not a bottleneck. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and directly with the founders to shape a product area that is critical for customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform strategy.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Customers and directly with the founders to shape a product area that is critical for customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform strategy.

Qualifikation

4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products

Proven experience owning complex product areas with real decision-making responsibility

Strong background in:

Integrations, APIs, or platform products

Cross-team dependencies and stakeholder management

Ability to think strategically and pragmatically at the same time

Strong communication skills – you can explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course when needed

Experience working closely with Engineering teams and a solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system boundaries)

Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)

Not a pure backlog administrator

Not a project manager

Not a discovery-only or UX-only PM role
