Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Digital, Data & AI Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Germany.

This is a combined delivery, consulting and business development role, focused on shaping and delivering high-impact digital, data and AI-enabled solutions for our clients. The role is firmly rooted in services, not single-product ownership: you will work across client engagements, help identify and frame valuable use cases and drive solutions from early discovery through delivery and adoption.

You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, designers and account teams to translate business problems into outcome-driven product initiatives. A strong understanding of AI as a value lever, combined with solid product management craft and the ability to actively support sales and account growth, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead high-impact product discovery engagements with senior client stakeholders, turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable product opportunities
• Define clear outcomes, value hypotheses and success metrics aligned to client business objectives
• Drive agile product delivery in close collaboration with engineering, design and architecture teams
• Translate requirements into lean product artifacts (epics, stories, OKRs, KPIs)
• Support adoption, change and value realization
• Partner closely with architects, data scientists and engineers to shape feasible, scalable AI solutions
• Act as a trusted AI-aware product thought partner and evangelist
• Actively support pre-sales, account growth and client expansion activities
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and executive-level pitches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management preferably in a technology-driven industry
• Strong facilitation, storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess and define GenAI-driven product opportunities ideally with experience integrating GenAI into customer-facing or internal products
• Strong grounding in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery experience
• Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences or Public Sector
• Experience with regulated environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus
