Edel Kids is the in‑house home entertainment brand for children. In collaboration with world‑famous studios and partners we develop audio stories , video formats and music for popular TV series and films in the family sector. Successful productions include Drachenzähmen leicht gemacht , Pettersson und Findus , Miraculous , Yakari , etc. We are one of the leading licensors in the children’s segment and have a strong presence in children’s bedrooms. Responsibilities

• Product‑ and project‑management for multi‑media home‑entertainment content (audio & video) and successful market launches.
• Close collaboration with studios, sales, marketing, production, controlling and licensing partners to steer the entire value chain.
• Trend‑based acquisition of national and international topics and partnerships, and sustainable portfolio expansion.
• Negotiation skills and analytical strength to secure high‑quality license agreements and develop innovative business ideas.
• Data‑driven release and marketing strategies, ideation for cross‑media campaigns, and use of modern technologies and AI‑powered tools.
• Develop creative campaigns with online‑marketing and digital sales teams, targeting and performance‑driven placement of products.
• Forecasting, release planning, KPI analysis, optimization actions and continuous performance improvement.
• Stay current on trends, new technologies and market movements, representing the company at international trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or commercial training with focus on marketing, communication, media, business or economics, or comparable fields.
• Several years of experience in product, media or marketing management, ideally with entertainment, kids or family content.
• Strong digital affinity: confident use of modern tools, data‑based working style and competent use of new technologies and AI solutions.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to rethink things, combined with experience in successfully delivering projects.
• Creative team player with a strong sense for target groups (particularly children & families) and a global entertainment trend perspective.
• Organizational talent, structured work style and ability to manage complex projects in parallel.
• Negotiation‑level German and English skills and proficient use of MS‑Office and modern office tools.
