Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to support Marketing Managers and scale Customer Acquisition. The role focuses on building the vision and key priorities for Paid Marketing, leveraging data and intuition to create product impact.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products to scale Customer Acquisition via automation on paid marketing channels (SEM and Display Advertising).
- Partner with Marketing to drive product delivery aligned with traffic and Customer Acquisition Cost targets.
- Collaborate with other scrum teams in the Acquisition Tribe (Organic Acquisition, Product Activation) to mutually drive initiatives such as landing page design and performance, user activation, etc.
- Work closely with software engineers, marketing managers, data analytics and other stakeholders to optimize marketing tools.
- Analyze and interpret KPI data to identify key improvement areas.
- Manage project schedules, identify issues, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide hands‑on project management, cross‑functional coordination, and internal team communications to deliver outstanding marketing solutions.
Typical Day
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building agreement on product execution with a focus on Omio’s USP.
- Support our goals by building the right features to improve consumer happiness.
- Guide product development with experienced engineers and designers.
- Act as Product Owner and manage the product backlog for a highly skilled developer team.
Qualifications
- Good understanding and background of online marketing and/or ad tech landscape – channels, targeting, consumer acquisition cost, and revenue optimisation.
- Experience working on Marketing tech automation projects for App and Web (campaign creation, conversion data uploads, creative automation for platforms like Google Search, Display ads, or Facebook Ads).
- Shipped complex products in a fast‑growing company, working with non‑tech stakeholders.
- 5+ (8+ for Senior) years of relevant product‑management experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Proven track record of ownership, driving results, and moving quickly to implement ideas in a fast‑paced online environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, design, and data analytics to ideate, develop, and launch innovative user‑facing features and internal tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience engaging and influencing decision making at all levels.
- Experience with agile development methodology.
- Experience working with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
