Senior Product Manager – ReCommerce + Environment + Sustainability

Senior Product Manager is needed for a very well-funded circular commerce startup that will change the way people shop and the way retail brands think about sustainability, the environment, resale, and customer experience. You will help innovate, improve, and scale a platform for a global white-label commerce solution that encompasses everything from ecommerce/storefronts to payment gateways and checkout capabilities, to supply chain, fulfillment, and warehoerations. The company is amid tremendous growth and looking to expand upon its already expansive consumer base, drive greater brand partnerships and build an even more scalable platform. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Join a growing best-in-class product and design team to scale an entire ecommerce operation
• Help to improve and scale products consisting of the ecommerce store front, shopping cart and checkout solutions, warehouse operations, supply chain management, fulfillment solutions and reverse logistics
• Ideate around software automation, item identification and new omnichannel strategies
• Lead the end-to-end software product development process for key product solutions that will enhance ecommerce warehouse operations efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Design teams to drive product development
• Contribute to continuously improving product development process, including best practices in product documentation and development management
• Work with client partners to support product exploration and implementation

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Product experience within the ecommerce space
• Excellent end user experience capabilities
• Ability to design and deliver complex product offerings
• Technical knowledge, understanding
• Previous experience managing complex products within a large scale web application development environment
• Experience delivering store front, shopping cart and checkout solutions for ecommerce platforms
• Experience with warehouse management, supply chain operations, fulfillment solutions and/or reverse logistics platforms
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s Den Computer Science, Math or similar
