As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist , you will define how SHD products are positioned in the market. You will develop strong value propositions, and clear messaging that translate product capabilities into customer value.
Product Marketing at SHD focuses on market insights, positioning, narrative development and go-to-market strategy . The role works closely with Product Management, Sales, Design and our international marketing team to turn customer and market insights into impactful messaging and GTM initiatives.
Brand, design and content execution are handled by the central marketing organisation and external partners. Product Marketing provides the strategic foundation through positioning, narrative and messaging.

Your Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

• Analyse markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities
• Conduct customer research and develop buyer personas and journeys
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategy

Go-to-Market & Positioning

• Define value propositions for products and solutions across different target segments
• Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment

Product Narrative & Messaging

• Develop clear product narratives and messaging frameworks
• Translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer value
• Provide strategic messaging input for marketing campaigns and brand communication

Sales Enablement & Content

• Develop strategic sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards and case studies
• Support the sales team with with positioning, product messaging and differentiation
• Align messaging across product, marketing and sales teams
  

Your profile

• Degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Product Marketing , ideally in an international context
• Experience in the software industry is a real plus
• Familiarity with agile working methods and cross-functional collaboration
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; JIRA skills are a plus
• Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) are a must
• German skills are an advantage
• Strong digital competence and a good sense for trends
• Structured, creative, and self-driven working style
• Excellent communication , organizational, and teamwork skills
