Senior Product Owner – AI & Analytics Services (m/f/diverse)

Tasks

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our AI & Analytics Services team, shaping the product vision and driving delivery for a platform that powers data pipelines and advanced AI/ML capabilities across a growing number of use cases and business stakeholders.

• We operate high‑throughput, event‑driven data pipelines processing millions of data points daily, integrating machine learning and large language models to deliver actionable business insights.
• As Product Owner, you define and prioritise standards for operational excellence across the full pipeline lifecycle — from monitoring, data quality and lineage tracking to error handling, CI/CD best practices and systematic reduction of technical debt
• We own our roadmap end‑to‑end and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into clear, well‑scoped deliverables.
• In our cross‑functional setup, strong alignment between engineering, data science and business teams is essential — with the PO playing a central coordinating role.

Requirements

• University degree at Bachelor’s level or above in a relevant field, combined with at least five years of experience as a Product Owner in a product‑driven environment, including a proven track record of shipped products and measurable business impact.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum and Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, story mapping, retrospectives and stakeholder reporting.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business value and vice versa, paired with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Highly autonomous and self‑driven, taking full ownership of backlog and roadmap.
• Experience with backend, data engineering, analytics teams, and exposure to machine learning or LLM‑based products is beneficial.
