As Senior Product Owner - Digital Transformation, you will drive key digital initiatives within our Chemicals business. You will work at the interface between business functions and development teams, translating strategic objectives into clear product priorities and actionable roadmaps. In close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that digital solutions are implemented in a structured, agile, and value-driven way - creating measurable impact for our colleagues and customers.

• You develop and maintain the digital transformation roadmap within your area of responsibility, leveraging your expertise to identify digital initiatives that create measurable business value.
• You lead digital initiatives from concept to implementation and ensure structured, sustainable execution.
• You define a clear product vision and translate it into concrete priorities and deliverables for the agile project team.
• You own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• You work closely with business stakeholders and senior leaders to align expectations and ensure transparency.
• You collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure efficient and effective agile delivery.
• You identify risks early and take appropriate measures to keep projects on track in complex environments.
• You define relevant KPIs and regularly review delivery progress, product performance, and resulting business impact.
• You ensure clear communication across teams and promote continuous improvement.
• You monitor market and technology developments to incorporate relevant innovations into your product strategy.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline within the chemicals value chain
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including experience as a Product Owner in digital transformation environments
• Proven track record in delivering complex digital initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong experience in managing and aligning diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and practical experience working in cross-functional agile teams
• Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of digital technologies and their practical application in a business context
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
