Senior Project Developer – Berlin

A profitable, €150M-backed battery storage developer (8 GWh pipeline across Europe) is hiring a Senior Project Developer to lead utility‑scale BESS projects from site identification through ready‑to‑build in Germany.

The Role:

• Land acquisition and municipal negotiations
• §35 permitting and approval management
• Grid connection coordination (TSO/DSO)
• RTB delivery for bankable projects
• No land acquisition

You Have:

• 3-5+ years in renewable project development (PV/wind/BESS)
• German planning law experience
• Landowner negotiation track record
• Fluent German + English
• Northern Germany project experience (Preferred)
