Senior Project Developer - Onshore Wind (m/f/d) - Bremen

With over 1 GW of installed capacity, the company covers the full project lifecycle, from greenfield development and construction through to operations and repowering.

The Role

As a Senior Project Developer, you will take strategic, technical, and commercial responsibility for projects across their full development lifecycle. You will work within a highly experienced team that values initiative, long-term thinking, and quality over volume.

Key responsibilities include:

• Securing land and managing stakeholder relationships
• Steering permitting processes and coordinating technical studies
• Commercial structuring and internal project steering
• Supporting projects through to ready-to-build stage

What They’re Looking for

• Several years of experience in onshore wind project development in Germany
• Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle (greenfield to RTB)
• In-depth knowledge of German permitting processes and regulatory frameworks
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with municipalities, landowners, and authorities
