Position Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead consulting engagements for national and international banks and financial services companies, driving digital transformation initiatives across technology, processes and software solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Beratung namhafter Kunden: Support banks and financial services in digitization and coordinate the implementation of new technologies, processes and software solutions.
• Komplexe Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld: Analyse complex customer challenges, define problems and design strategies that drive success.
• Verantwortung übernehmen: From day one take responsibility within your team and for customers, develop actionable recommendations and present them to decision makers.
• Vielfältige Themen: Work on topics such as Digital Banking, Payments, Sustainable Finance, Embedded Finance, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, IT‑Architecture, Process Automation or Artificial Intelligence and contribute to trend‑leadership.
• Attraktives Arbeitsumfeld: Engage in a highly challenging international setting supported by extensive training programmes.
• Mentoring & Networking: Participate in a mentoring program with training, coaching and networking events in the first six months.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Hochschulabschluss mit Bestnoten: Master/Diplom in Economics, Finance, (Information) Science or related field with very good grades.
• Praxiserfahrung: Several years of proven project management experience in the financial services sector (Banking, FinTech, etc.).
• Exzellenter Kommunikationsstil: Excellent communication skills in German and English, able to present results to varied stakeholders.
• Ausgeprägte Handlungs- und Methodenkompetenz: Strong analytical abilities to structure complex issues, identify problems, and derive strategic solutions.
• Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Engagement: Self‑motivated, thrives in a changing environment, and works effectively in a team.
