About the Role To lead complex construction projects across all phases, acting as the primary client interface and ensuring project success in terms of cost, quality, and timeline. The role includes overseeing internal and external teams, supporting permitting processes, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with German building regulations. Expected achievements include successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and high-quality documentation in both German and English.

Responsibilities Leading complex construction projects and acting as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders Managing key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor Providing leadership to internal project teams and overseeing internal project operations Taking full responsibility for project success across cost, time, and quality in accordance with client requirements and AHO Coordinating and managing planners, contractors, and consultants, including leading and documenting project meetings Advising clients on strategic, technical, economic, and organizational matters throughout planning, tendering, execution, and completion Supporting permitting processes and coordinating with relevant authorities and planners Delivering clear documentation and reporting in both German and English Ensuring compliance with applicable German building codes and standards (VOB, HOAI, LBO)

Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management within the German construction sector Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or Construction/Project Management Knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB Familiarity with German permitting processes Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Proficient in MS Project Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and service-orientated attitude Willingness to travel with Germany; valid Class B driving licence

Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with international clients and cross-cultural teams Masters degree or post-graduate qualification Stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
