Senior Project Manager / CX Consultant

We’re looking for you: an experienced professional with a hands‑on mindset, strong customer focus, and a confident, polished presence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead CX digital transformation projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Empower project teams and inspire clients with your confident, empathetic leadership style.
• Take ownership of program management in large-scale projects and coordinate partner companies.
• Advise clients on optimizing processes, organizations, and customer experiences—focusing on best practices, real-world use cases, and data strategies in sales.
• Keep a sharp eye on scope, budget, resources, timelines, and quality.
• Share your expertise in presales activities and support our sales team.

What you’ll bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in IT projects or consulting, ideally with external clients.
• A hands‑on approach—you make things happen.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and expectation management.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence at every level—from front‑line staff to the C‑suite.
• Passion for CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) and CX topics.
• Fluency in German and English.
• High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
